The General Directorate of Post announced that, in coordination with LibanPost, it has put into circulation 4 new stamps on Saturday November 05, 2011 honoring President Michel Sleiman. The themes of these stamps are: The Summer Residence of the Presidency in Beiteddine, The official Picture of General Michel Suleiman, The Election of Lebanon as a non-permanent member in the Security Council 2010 – 2011, and The Launch of Diplomatic Relations between Lebanon and Syria.

For this occasion, LibanPost issued 500 editions of First Day covers. These stamps are available at all LibanPost post offices.
